We had visitors: Stipe Pandzic and Nora Hangel

Stipe Pandzic (Utrecht) and Nora Hangel (Hannover) visited our research group. Each visit was very productive and inspiring. Both gave a talk:

• Stipe gave a talk on representing default reasoning in justification logic and open questions such as possible ways of accounting for the strength of arguments based on chaining of defaults.
• Nora gave a talk on Naturalized Social Epistemology of Science in which she reported on how to tackle philosophical questions by means of empirical methods, such as interviewing scientists.
