About myself:
After the "Diplom"
in physics (University of München 1964) doctoral
thesis with Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker about the axiomatics
of quantum mechanics (Hamburg 1968); after that from the foundation in 1970
until 1978 research assistant at the "Max-Planck-Institut zur Erforschung der Lebensbedingungen der wissenschaftlich-technischen Welt" (Starnberg);
1980 "Habilitation" in München
with a thesis about the conceptual foundations of quantum mechanics ("Voraussage - Wahrscheinlichkeit -
Objekt" (1979)); work in several industrial
companies. - From 1986 until 2006 head of the research group 'natural
philosophy' at Bochum. Retired
since 2006.
