GBS was registered on July 28, 1984 at number 227 in Jaipur under "Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958".
GBS has been accredited by United Nations INCD process and has got special consultative status with United Nations Economical and Social Council (ECOSOC).
GBS is located in its own building adjacent to National Highway No.8 (Delhi -Jaipur-Adhamedabad) in Amber, the traditional town 10 km from Jaipur.
It has got sufficient lodging and boarding facilities for students and tourists coming to visit Jaipur, Amber and the numerous other world fameous tourist places in Rajasthan.
Many of the projects conducted by GBS have only been possible due to the generosity of foundations, corporations, government agencies and individuals.
