AtomViewer can be used to produce high-quality images suitable for publication
Example 1: High-velocity impact of a ceramic particle. The simulation contains about 80 million atoms. All data analysis is performed with the toolkit implemented in AtomViewer.
Example 2: Phase-transformation and plastic deformation in a shape memory alloy. During compression, martensitic phase-transformation (red shaded volumes) and plastic deformation by disloctions takes place. Data analysis and visualization is performed using AtomViewer. Curves are created using GnuPlot using the data generated by AtomViewer.
